1️⃣
"Close your eyes and take a deep breath... Allow yourself to release tension and dissolve in this moment. You are in a safe space where you can just be. There is no judgment, no expectations - only a warm wave of acceptance and love."
2️⃣
- Several deep breaths in and out, extended breathing. - Feel how tension goes away with each exhalation. - Visualize light filling the body, creating a feeling of comfort and peace.
3️⃣
"Imagine that you are standing in front of a mirror, but it is not just your reflection that is looking back at you - it is you, but with complete acceptance. Without judgment, without criticism. Just you, as you are. Look into your eyes... Allow yourself to feel compassion for yourself... How often have you been too hard on yourself? How often have you blamed yourself for things that can no longer be changed? But you are human. And you have the right to make mistakes, to grow, to make new choices. You deserve forgiveness, first of all, from yourself."
4️⃣
- Imagine that you have a small stone in your hands, symbolizing all your self-criticism, regrets, and self-condemnation. - Imagine that there is clean, clear water in front of you. - Put this stone in the water and watch it dissolve, leaving behind only purity and peace.
5️⃣
"I accept myself completely." "I release the past and choose to love myself." "I deserve kindness and forgiveness." "I let go of criticism and judgment and allow myself to be free." 6️⃣
— Several deep breaths in and out. — A feeling of warmth in the body, lightness. — A gentle return to the present moment with gratitude to yourself. "When you are ready, gently open your eyes... Feel how it has become lighter, brighter inside... You have taken an important step towards inner freedom."
